Writing my personal statement and need a bit of advice?

I am naming the professors who were on my thesis committee. Do I say, ';....Professors A, B, C, and D.'; OR do I say ';...Professor A, Professor B, Professor C, and Professor D.'; If the former, do I capitalize professor? If the latter, do I abbreviate professor?





Any alternatives? Suggestions? Thanks!
