Decide what is more important: work satisfaction or the money. Either answer is acceptable. You can view a job as something enjoyable in itself, or you can view the job as the funding for your lifestyle.
If you do something you love, you will be very satisfied, but if you burn out on it, then you lose something you love in addition to losing the job.
