I have to do a 2k on Wednesday (may 20)
and i've been working rlly hard to get my time down.
i'm aiming for a 2:09.9 split or below. what should i do between now and then for good results?? any advice is helpfulllAdvice for a personal best on a 2k erg piece?
our coach told us rest up at leat 36 hours, dont overeat.................
