Do you have any advice on how to work personal timein while working 2 jobs?

its hard to find time for myself, to do simple things like reading, and when im working its hard to find the energy to do things like excercise, how can i overcome that?Do you have any advice on how to work personal timein while working 2 jobs?
If you exercise your body won't want as much sleep. Eat raw organic vegetables and stay away from high fructose corn syrup. You're using your body to make the money so spend some time conditioning yourself. Discipline is key when working two jobs.

Let your friends know you're working a lot and they'll understand how much you value your free time. Make plans way in advance to give yourself something to look forward to or the workload will demoralize you.

Good luck and be proud of yourself.Do you have any advice on how to work personal timein while working 2 jobs?
Tell me about it!

I'm in college and I'm taking 17 units and working 22-25 hours a week. I hardly have any time to myself anymore and all I want to do is relax or do nothing but there's always something to do.

You should just make a schedule of the days you have to work and what time. Once you have that all figured out, schedule in some time for yourself to do your favorite things.

Before you go to sleep, maybe read a book until you get tired.

As far as exercise goes, wake up ten minutes earlier and do some crunches or even push ups for 10 minutes. You'll feel tired at first but you'll feel better about yourself throughout the day.

You just have to make a schedule and follow it.
Kill two birds with one stone and invite a friend to lunch and a walk or do it during your dinner break. Keep up with your friends and family by calling on a rotation schedule like mom on Monday, Dad on Tues Hopefully you see your significant other at night... don't lose touch with your old friends.
time management.

prioritise.

make a timetable and stick to it.
sleep less. Read during lunch.
